Hotel Chadstone, a standout project by Sofitel M Gallery, highlights Shannon Cloete's impressive portfolio. As Design Director, Shannon spearheaded the strategic vision of this legacy hotel in Fashion Capital, working with the Development Team and Accor, along with joint venture partners Gandel Group and Vicinity Centres.

This iconic hotel is a key development for Gandel and Vicinity Group, situated within Australia’s largest shopping centre. It marks the first phase of the Chadstone Masterplan overhaul. Hotel Chadstone connects guests to Chadstone - The Fashion Capital, offering a blend of play and stay experiences.

Shannon led the vision from inception, managing design firms and stakeholder relations and providing leadership for hotel interiors and architecture. Involving local and international design approvals, Shannon ensured the hotel's exceptional experience through collaboration with Sofitel (Accor Group). Hotel Chadstone exemplifies refined design and strategic vision, setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality.
