Role Description
Strategic vision for the Level 12 rooftop experience, encompassing F&B and mixed-use functions. The elegant design addresses hotel programming needs, featuring the Altus experience and a world-class champagne bar with an external terrace. It merges French outdoor/indoor aesthetics with a contemporary Melbourne approach. Developed collaboratively with EDG design, DWP Suters, and Bates Smart, alongside Accor reviews, this iconic space includes an Executive Lounge, pool/spa, function rooms, and the Altus Champagne Bar & Terrace. Led by EDG hospitality designers, this project emphasizes stakeholder relationships, design leadership, and international approvals in collaboration with the Sofitel (Accor Group).
